The brokerage service offered on this website is based on objective and personalised analysis.

This means that we provide advice based on the analysis of a sufficient number of insurance contracts available on the market, which allows us to formulate a personalised recommendation, based on professional criteria, regarding the insurance contract that best suits the client's needs.

No shareholding ties: we hereby state that we do not hold any direct or indirect interest greater than 10% in the share capital or voting rights of any insurance entity, nor does any insurance entity hold any interest in our share capital.

3. Customer Service and Complaints

To file any complaint or claim related to brokerage activity, we have an externalised Customer Service Department (SAC), in charge of handling and resolving your claims within a maximum period of two months.

4. Information on Remuneration

The client is informed that the remuneration for the brokerage activity of the insurance contract consists of a commission, already included in the insurance premium amount that you pay. This commission is settled directly by the insurance entity.

Your personal data will be processed for managing the offer and contracting of your insurance under the responsibility of Confluence Group S.L. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and others recognised by law by contacting the address indicated in section 1 or by consulting our Privacy Policy.
