2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At saludparaextranjeros.com we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:

• Professional advice: performing an objective and personalised analysis to offer the insurance solution that best fits your needs, comparing different insurance entities.
• Contract formalisation: administrative management for issuing policies, payment collection and claims handling, in collaboration with Confluence Group.
• Commercial communications: if you have given express consent (by ticking the corresponding box), to send you communications about promotions, offers or insurance industry newsletters.

3. What is the legal basis for processing your data?

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures: processing is necessary to handle your insurance request (quote) and the subsequent execution of the insurance contract. Without this data, the policy cannot be managed.

• Legal obligation: to comply with tax obligations and insurance distribution regulations (Law 26/2006 and Royal Decree-Law 3/2020).

• Public Administration: competent public bodies (Tax Agency, DGSFP, Courts) when there is a legal obligation.
• Service providers: data processors providing web, hosting or management services (such as Hostinger or Google Analytics), which comply with regulatory security guarantees.

5. What are your rights when you provide us your data?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:
