2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At saludparaextranjeros.com we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:
- Request handling: processing assignments, quote requests or any other request made by the user through any of the contact channels available.
- Professional advice: performing an objective and personalised analysis to offer the insurance solution that best fits your needs, comparing different insurance entities.
- Contract formalisation: administrative management for issuing policies, payment collection and claims handling, in collaboration with Confluence Group.
- Commercial communications: if you have given express consent (by ticking the corresponding box), to send you communications about promotions, offers or insurance industry newsletters.
3. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures: processing is necessary to handle your insurance request (quote) and the subsequent execution of the insurance contract. Without this data, the policy cannot be managed.
- Consent of the data subject: for sending commercial communications or general contact forms. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to comply with tax obligations and insurance distribution regulations (Law 26/2006 and Royal Decree-Law 3/2020).
4. Who will receive your data?
To fulfil the stated purposes, your data may be communicated to the following recipients, this transfer being strictly necessary for the provision of the service:
- Confluence Group S.L.: as the parent brokerage in charge of the technical and administrative management of the policies.
- Insurance entities: for risk pricing and contract issuance. Your data will be transferred to the companies with which the insurance is negotiated, for the preparation of quotes.
- Public Administration: competent public bodies (Tax Agency, DGSFP, Courts) when there is a legal obligation.
- Service providers: data processors providing web, hosting or management services (such as Hostinger or Google Analytics), which comply with regulatory security guarantees.
5. What are your rights when you provide us your data?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:
- Request access to their personal data.
- Request rectification (if the data is inaccurate) or erasure (when no longer needed).
- Request restriction of processing.
- Object to processing.
- Request data portability.

The user warrants that the personal data provided is true and is responsible for communicating any modification thereto. The user shall be solely responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the website Controller or any third party as a result of completing forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date data.
